| You
might think of Alaska
as a land of
glaciers. But, when the ice and snow melt,
a wealth of colorful wildflowers takes its
place. While many flowers blossom in May,
some will not bloom until June. Some of
these photos were taken at a neighborhood
nursery, some were taken while traveling,
and others were taken right in my own backyard.
